CANCELLATIONS

If an item or items are cancelled from your order for any reason, you will be notified via email and or phone call and your method of payment will be refunded.

We accept return of unworn, unwashed merchandise provided that it is returned no later than 14 days from the date of delivery and that all original tags are attached.To ensure returns are promptly processed, include with your returned item(s) the original packing slip. Alternatively, you may write your order number on the outside of the package.

JEWELRY CONDITION

Item(s) showing signs of wear or damage will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued. Cove is not responsible for item(s) damaged due to misuse.

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped within two to four business days after the order is placed. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for any lost return packages. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE

EXCHANGES

We do not process online exchanges. If you would like to exchange your purchase for something else, just return your item(s) and purchase the item(s) you would like through the site. We will credit your card within 3 to 5 days after we receive the return to our store. Returns may be mailed to the address below. ATTN: Cove Returns 1070 S. 350 E.
